Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a 7-day free refund or exchange, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not returned in their original packaging or found to be damaged may incur a 10% handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Important Exceptions

Apple products are non-returnable. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before placing your order.

In the rare event that an item is faulty or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return, contact us at info@ohana-tech.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
